U01400Wb2010PLC141816 .Then on 22nd February , 2010, Angel Agritech Limited got the Business Commencement Certificate from the appropriate Authority and become a legitimate contender to secure its presence in the market.

In the beginning the company had to face various challenges like selection of area of activity , operational and skilled management networking abilities, adoption of strategic policy of business development , and after all to create an atmospheres of fiscal security among the staffs and associates.

By the end of Aprial , 2010 the management Of Angel Agritech Limited with the Whole hearted Support of its beneficiaries and workers become able to tackle all These challenges. Hence, the company Looks forward the establish own identity by Introducing Packaged drinking Water in the brand name of Angelay in the market . During the Month of May and June , 2010 Angel sarted Hotel in sikim , Tea gardening and plantation at Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. Export import also started from base camp in Kolkata.

Meanwhile, at the end of 2010, the business collection of the company in terms of turnover grew at an average 24% monthly and the operational area of activities spread from districts of West Bengal to the districts of Jharkhand, Orissa, and Bihar and in the districts of North-Eastern states of India.

In the 1st quarter 2011, Angel Agritech Limited ventured in to a number of projects like Oil Extraction Plant and Ice Factory at 24 Parganas in West Bengal, develop infrastructure to introduce First Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and products of daily necessities in the market by the end of year 2011. Development in the field of education has gained much importance and our company establishes a B.Ed. College at Murshidabad District in West Bengal. A piece of land measuring about 2 Acre has been purchased for Angel College of Science and Technology at Sujapur in the District of Malda, West Bengal. Meanwhile a random work is going on for providing infrastructural and instructional facilities for establishing 12 CBSE schools in Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam and other areas of potentiality.

In the 2nd quarter 2011, intensive efforts have been provided in search of man of ability in deferent fields; scientist, technologist and management personnel and steps have been taken for the capacity building of the existing staffs and leaders so that Angel Agritech limited can actualize its up-coming projects effectively.
